When people tell you that you look like or resemble someone famous who you think is gorgeous, obviously it is very flattering (even if you don’t see it yourself). But when you see people who clearly try very hard to look just like someone (I have recently seen a young lady who does EVERYTHING she can to look like Edie Sedgwick). I just think what the hell? Firstly, why put so much effort & energy into copying someone else when you could be something completely your own. Secondly, when people tell you that you look like that person…it’s not really a compliment is it? And what do you say? “Yeah, thanks I try my hardest”.
